Is the spray harmful?

The lemon spray is unpleasant to dogs but it disipates quickly and is safe for pets and humans.

Will the collar work with long haired dogs?

Yes. You may find it necessary to trim the dogs hair above the unit so it does not block the spray from the dogs snout.

Does the spray need to hit my dogs nose?

No. The spray is a very fine mist and just needs to spray in the general area of the dog's snout.

Will this collar work with all dogs?

This collar is not recommended for dogs with very high drive. For high drive dogs we recommend static correction (shock type) collars.

Is the spray citronella?

No. This collar uses an all NEW NON-CITRONELLA formula made from ALL NATURAL CITRUS.

How long does the battery last?

2-4 months.

How long does the spray included last?

10 refills, with up to 80 sprays per refill (over twice that of any other brand!) will last 2-4 months
